The Raw Chef
At The Raw Chef, we take great pride in crafting every jar with love and care. We hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them.
Since our pickles are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. Refunds will be offered in the following situations:

If the product is unavailable and you have already made payment.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damaged product within 7-10 working days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credited amount may take an additional 15–20 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product arrives damaged. (We may request a photo of the damaged item so we can make it right.)

If the product is lost in transit and you do not receive your order.
- We delivered the product within 7–10 working days.
Please note that The Raw Chef reserves the right to cancel any order, and may request additional details to process certain orders. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled after your payment is processed, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 working days.
